Pins are not secure enough

Individual pins get swopped constantly. Staff
are constantly using FOH pins as they have more access. As owner, I have seen staff use mine and I haven't given it to them, they just saw me input it. This is a security breach that is so easy. It allows access to staff members, wages, and financial data that should be protected better. I think it should be finger scans.

The sharing of PINS is an issue I agree. We use fingerprints for the Windows lock screen. Sadly it does not always work for hairdressers as their fingerprint changes with shampooing / bleach / colour. NFC tags would be great!
