I was very excited to have a feature that calculates accurate reports for paying my staff, and not having to spend as much time doing so manually. however after my first time paying my staff after starting with phorest I still had to spend time manually calculating the hours because theres no option to have the report calculate the unpaid breaks. i like to use the clockin/out option because if someone runs late with a client and stays past their rostered hours i want to make sure my staff is getting paid for that. however their breaks are not paid for so i am not getting an accurate report because the default setting doesnt calculate the amount of unpaid breaks it keeps them included in their hours. im not sure why there is an option to make the break paid vs unpaid if you cant also generate a report including that information. sure i could have my staff clock in and out but thats just another invitation for missed clockouts and inaccuracies.

can we please create an option to include this calculation in reports to make it more customizable and accurate. otherwise i dont see how i could utilize this option at all.
