These reports are very important to run the business smoothly. Where can I find the target income for each therapist? how can I find if I am breaking even? or when can I reach breakeven point? Inventory and stock report is very important. How can I remove expired retail or professional products from the stock? how can I know how much loss is that for me and how it will affect the balance sheet at the end of the year? where can i find that report? Why there is no place to enter the expiry date of each product and an alarm sign that appears to alert us that these products are need expiry and we should do something about it quickly? We need all of that please, kindly work on adding all these features to help in running the business more smoothly.

so where is this place where we can see everything?

I have noticed there is no way to pull a report to see the source of new clients, would be great to get one that works. The current option "Sources of New Clients" doesn't pull information correctly or legibly.

It would be a really useful addition to reports to have a preview of the month ahead. This would help with marketing, stock management and growth! Is this included in the Phorest Engine?

when you add a new staff category the access default should be none then up to a manager to give access if necessary. now it defaults to total access.

How about different levels of access to reports by different staff members? Front Desk might need some access but not all the financial data and client lists to export.

While you guys at it, could you please let us to put our LOGO on the top please?

Under our reports, is it possible to allow some access for our receptionist staff? As of right now the only options for our front desk is to have all access to every report or no access at all. Is there a way we can modify certain things they can and cant access?

Hi, Can you please provide us the option to breaks annual report in quarter , months and days ,

I got the audit from IRS and they request me to provide 3 months daily report , so i have to generate apx 90 reports one by one .It would be handy if it gives us the option to breaks reports by day .

This would save me hours of work at the end of the month when trying to work out all my therapists repeat/requested booking commission. The system currently can tell me the number of clients that have requested but can't actually tell me the monetary value that goes with this so I have to look at each therapist individually and each client and add them up one by one......please introduce this simple calculation to the report system.
