Allow the ability to exclude a service category from commission calculations. For instance, if a staff member cuts a family member’s hair, we don’t charge them but we want to be able to calculate what they would have made, productivity, etc.

You can customise which service categories or services are eligible for commission when setting up the commission level.

Phorest Product thanks for the feedback. That is helpful. It might be even more helpful to mark a product or service as excluded from commission when setting up the product or service instead of having to individually update for every commission tier.
