Conversion Report

It would be super helpful to be able to pull a report of patient names within a time frame that have had a consultation but not converted to treatment.

+1. Consult-to-treatment is one of the most useful numbers a clinic can track, so it's a shame it isn't a report yet. Until it is, you can build the list from an export in about 15 minutes. Export your appointments (or your sales transactions, if consults go through the till) for a window a bit longer than the one you care about, say the last 4 months, with the client, the service and the date on each line. In a sheet, add a column next to each consultation that checks whether the same client has any treatment dated on or after the consult. A COUNTIFS on client and date does it. Anyone with a zero is your not-converted list. Sort it by consult date so the most recent ones, who are the easiest to bring back, are at the top. If you keep the consultant's name as a column, you also get a conversion rate per person, which is really useful for team meetings. Match on client ID or email rather than name if your export has it, so two clients with the same name don't get mixed up.
