I'm trying to find a way to run a particular kind of report that we used to be able to do easily. Right now the current client retention report only allows us to see clients that do or do not return within a certain window.

The information that I want is the name, contact info, and date of last session booked for all clients and I want to be able to filter it by practitioner.

The purpose of creating this report is so that the practitioners are able to reach out to their clients directly, so I don't want it to simply be in the marketing section of Phorest. We've done segmented emails that way, but it's limiting because we can only see the clients if they have opted into marketing.

I'm having a hard time finding any way to generate lists of client information in the regular reports area, so I don't know if this is something that Phorest does, but I would really appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction.
