banned client list

it would be helpful to see banned client list. When we are pending payment for a cancellation policy infringement, we temporarily ban the client until payment is fulfilled. Seeing a list of clients pending would be helpful.

Banned clients is the most unhelpful feature. We can't see a list of banned clients and it doesn't even pop up with the appointment finder.

How can I pull a report or at least see a list of all banned clients?
