Add retention to staff performance tracker

Add client retention % to the Staff Performance Tracker. This seems more vital to us than % rebooked/prebooking. We track retention on a 90 day return from the last visit (if a guest's last visit was August 1, retained would be returning by Nov 1). Would be preferred to see new vs. existing retention but great to see overall retention numbers too, like on the retention report. There is no staff performance report that includes retention.

We also do this exact method. With the previous 90 days vs. the following 90 days. THIS IS ESSENTIAL TO ALL SALONS AND NEEDS TO BE PUT ON PERFORMANCE TRACKER FOR THE STYLISTS TO KEEP TRACK OF ON THE APP. We base our promotions on this metric so this needs to be done asap especially with 62 votes.

Show staff not only their rebook % but their retention % from quarter to quarter. We use this metric in our quarterly reviews and as part of promotions so if the staff could access this info and set goals that would be super helpful. Anyone can rebook an appointment but retention (does the client actually come back) is MORE important.

Hi folks,
Our Client Retention dashboard covers your business, salon and team retention in great detail. It allows you to view retention for new, existing and overall customers. With a bonus of viewing which Service Categories are driven the stickiness.
Click on any number in the tables to drilldown into who the customers are.
Many Thanks,
Helen

would like retention report w stylilst and client name so we can actually look and track and evaluate. for example, are they a college kid that only comes once a year ? a bridesmaid only in once ? right now there is not a retention report that shows stylist and client names together in one place. this makes staff meetings impossible , because numbers are not accurate.

Could not agree more!!! Having retention is key to me... more then rebooking. If a client rebooks a week later... it's still rebooking!! Retention!!! If a NEW client books with you again... its because you're AWESOME!!
