Tipping - Skip button should be just as visible as % or custom tips

I love phorest tips! it's great there is more transparency and regulation around tipping and tips all go direct to team members, but the 'skip' button being set away (and pretty hidden in comparison) from the other options on the terminal seems shady. Clients shouldn't have to seek out the word 'skip' in the top right hand corner. Tipping is at the clients digression so each option should be equal. I just skip for everyone when I take my own bill because I'm embarrassed to have to point out that 'not tipping' is something you actively have to go and find. I don't want anyone to feel obliged to tip or under the spotlight. Transparency is important to us and it's clunky and uncomfortable having to navigate that dialogue at the end of the appointment.
