We need to be able to process other payments without clearing the Phorest terminal for tipping.

Our practitioners sometimes miss out on tips because we use both the Phorest terminal and another payment method. Since we can't process them at the same time, guests often tap to pay and leave before they're given the opportunity to tip through the Phorest terminal.

At the very least, could there be an option to activate the Phorest terminal in , while still allowing us to process the payment through another method? This would make a huge difference.

Right now, it makes the checkout process much more complicated and takes longer for our guests. We've tried opening a second terminal or another payment window, but if the original payment hasn't been completed yet, it simply brings up all of the services again instead of allowing us to collect the tip. If there were a way around this, it would save a lot of time and ensure our practitioners don't lose out on gratuities.
