Whilst the tipping option is great on Phorest Pay, I do think the info on the screen could be clearer. The skip option is so small we have to explain to clients and it can be a little akward. Perhaps have tip or skip then takes you on to the next step.

Also when a client is choosing the custom option is should be clearer they need to insert a decimal point. A couple of times we’ve had clients almost had a £500 tip instead of £5.00!!
