It would be helpful to have the option to send a payment link.
Some clients don't like booking online & cannot alway call out card number when on the phone.

It would be great if we could send a payment link to the customer via Phorest Pay. if this link could be generated from the customer Profile tab > Purchases. the really cool feature would be that the payment would then be automatically allocated against the customers wallet and placed as a credit. We are finding that customers are more and more apprehensive about giving us their CC details over the phone. Hence many of the clients are asking for payment links.

Can it time
Out so if not paid within say 10 minutes the booking goes similar to online. We take deposits for all bookings this would be helpful but not if we have to keep chasing them up to do the payment

Ardor Reception
Would be great if clients can log on to their phorest profile and pay their deposits/booking fee online, if they haven't done when making their original appointment. At this stage they are having to ring the salon to pay over the phone or authorise their card on file. We have had phorest for over a year now and its a lacking feature compared to other salon software systems. Clients find this very inconvenient. Also take time away from staff to do this especially if you have clients that don't wish to store their card details. Cheers JO
