It would be helpful to have the option to send a payment link.
Some clients don't like booking online & cannot alway call out card number when on the phone.

I’d love to suggest adding the option to send a payment link to clients who aren’t in clinic. This would be really helpful for taking payments outside of opening hours and would make things easier for clients who want to pay when they’re not at work.
Is this something that could be considered for a future update?

Any one on here having issue with clients not receiving. Payment links? We find they are going to spam/junk inbox with messages (iPhone and android) client then aren’t paying the link or realising that the appointments been cancelled after 48 hours??? We have set it to email and sms so hopefully that helps - why does the link not work for everyone? We have clients showing up that now don’t have an appointment…

The only issue with this is that it attaches to the specific service, so when and if a client gets something different or doesnt get a service, it will not apply to the total amount and shows as a CREDIT owed, after the client has paid. It would make sense if you could access the payment link from the purchases screen ALSO!

It would be great if we could send a payment link to the customer via Phorest Pay. if this link could be generated from the customer Profile tab > Purchases. the really cool feature would be that the payment would then be automatically allocated against the customers wallet and placed as a credit. We are finding that customers are more and more apprehensive about giving us their CC details over the phone. Hence many of the clients are asking for payment links.
