Sometimes clients arent in a position to call out their card number over the phone. A link by sms or email to pay a deposit would be a great help.

And, not just for deposits! We have a lot of clients at local senior living facilities and we bill the family or caregiver. Being able to send an invoice or payment link for the services they had would be extremely helpful! We've been using Square and we have to manually enter all service and tip details which can allow for mistakes. Being able to send something from Phorest or connect it with our PhorestPay/Stripe account would be a HUGE advantage and time saver!

Yes would most certainly love this option, sometimes it's noisy and time consuming in the salon to take card details. 100%!!! would love this option!!

For clients that arent in person that prefer not pay deposits over the phone, it would be a great option to offer an invoice that would connect to phorest rather than me having to use an alternative method of payment

Or having a payment authorization form linked to phorest that would allow us to get permissions to charge account that way we are covered in the event of a dispute

We need an option to send a link to client to pay deposit ..some clients don't like to book online , want to do over the phone or in person burt don't want to give card details ...we need to be bael to send them a secure link where they can insert safely their card details

We have clients not return or pay their no show or cancellation fee. We find we are loosing money because clients can book with out securringtheir appointment with a credit card. Would love a link to send to a client to confirm and hold their space with a credit card number. I know other booking systems can do this (mangomint and square to name a few)

i would suggest sending emails and sms to confirm there appointments with deposits to reduce phone calls and taking over the phone payments. its easier and more convienetn for clients. and staff. i have a busy salon i dont have time to ring to collect deposits.
