It would be very handy if you could refund either the total or partial amounts that a client may have sitting in their phorest wallet. Clients who pay by membership may have multiple amounts paying in on different dates. We have one such client who used less in value that her membership billings and then had to cancel her membership for personal reasons, so we are of course going to refund her the different. I have put the amount together in her wallet, but as it turns out I need to refund each membership payment separately as there is no way to do one large refund of money that she has in her wallet. Clients may pay deposits into their account over time to build up and use and then for any circumstance, may request them back. If the company is ok with paying them back, there should be a method for this. I hope that makes sense.
