It would be helpful to have the option to send a payment link.
Some clients don't like booking online & cannot alway call out card number when on the phone.

It would help if a client called in to book and appointment, it was booked by receptionist and a text message was sent to the clients with a text to fill in their credit card info before the appointment is confirmed. We have many clients who don’t want to give us their cr cd info over the phone

Or a speed booking text link where you send a text to the client to enter their credit card details and confirm the appointment. Every time there is a new client booking over the phone it’s a 5 minute ordeal and half the time the email address is wrong.

Square have a system you can send invoice with a payment link , this helps us keep on top of deposit easier once we book them in

Sometimes clients arent in a position to call out their card number over the phone. A link by sms or email to pay a deposit would be a great help.

This is something that really needs to be implemented. We have such a sophisticated system at hand here whereby we can connect right through to Phorest pay machine, they can pay online, save card details. Why can’t we send a text or email payment link so they can their deposit. We get lots of bookings via socials. I feel that Phorest are under the false assumption that we all mainly get online bookings. Whilst we do get a lot, we still have clients contact us to book via social, quite a lot in fact. We then have to call them to securely take their card details. It’s abit naughty asking the client to send their card details on message, we can’t really do that (GDPR ISSUE)
