sometimes we have clients who want to pay for their treatments and a family member, and they can't do this in one transaction now we use Phorest Pay.

Karen Birtles: There is a way in the desktop! We discovered it some time ago. You use your SHIFT key to help you out. First, single click on the appointment you want to be the payer. Then, while holding SHIFT, click on the other appointment (all pieces of it - if multiple services) you want to add to that payer. Next, without clicking anything else, click on PAY at the bottom of your screen. It should have all pieces you want to pay through in the pay screen. If you missed a portion or service, just click APPOINTMENT on the far left and try again (sometimes it's finicky).
The other option is to use the "Group" feature and attach that appointment as a group to the first one and when you click pay it will ask if you want to pay through all of "Group".
