We are having a huge problem at the moment where the card machine is approving a transaction but it is still pending on the app screen.
On two occasions it has gone through a few days later. I cant keep having clients leave the salon in the hope the payment has gone through. As i am now waiting for two payments I'm on holidays next week and this needs to be rectified so that it isn't messing up the day sheets and tills for the staff!

This has happened your also where we see it didn't go through and rerun the card and it has attaches to the guests CC or bank account 2X.
