Why can we not Manually enter CC information to be held on file? Clients also are frustrated that they cannot update their CC info from their account? Why can we not take payment over the phone? If a client has booked their child on the phone, then calls to pay for the child and they don’t have a CC on file… We have never had this issue every POS system we have ever used has allowed payment over the phone.
Salon Monster allows the storage of card information at the time of booking. Taking a deposit is cumbersome especially when it is for a No Show and you need the ability to charge the FULL amount of the service in some cases. This option was available when we first joined, and now told PCI compliance doesn’t allow? Stripe independently offers this as it is PCI compliant not sure why it can’t go through Phorest when they are integrated?
