Have the email receipt as a customisable invoice for clients to use on their medical insurance programmes

We have lots of clients asking for an invoice to claim their massage treatments back from a medical plan they have in place. The information required is quite specific (their name, date, our company details and which recognised organisation we are registered with. Currently we use a word document, but we then get many calls asking whether it is legit. Coming from our booking system as a receipt would save us time and speed up the claims process for our clients.

This would be HUGE for our clinic too. We have to constantly create separate receipts for this purpose which is a huge administrative burden
