Is this in progress still?!

Why hasn't this been resolved?! It is nothing new or unexpected in the industry. Its been a noticeable loss for staff especially during the Holidays. Unfortunately this has seriously made me look at other Software/processing options...

Yes! We have a lot of clients who would like to leave different amounts than the “suggested” amount.

WE. NEED. THIS. ASAP. Our Clients like to silenty give, not explain they want to tip excessively out loud. As far as the client knows, the receptionist isnt aware of the tip amount. And shouldnt have to present a card if we already offer stored card options.

Keep it consistent

Guests have so many options on where they can spend their beauty dollars, why give them a reason to go elsewhere? When a guest doesn't have the ability to tip as they expected to, we've missed that expectation, and that creates a minus in our B2C relationship that we work so hard to nurture.

We really need this!
