The credit card fees should be calculated after you select credit and based on the amount being put on the credit card and should be able to add the fee to tips when guests add a tip to at the machine. It should be a process that automatically adjusts not something I have to manually adjust per ticket

Hello. We really need a way to charge guests the credit card processing fee through Phorest Pay. Using a 'custom fee' is far from ideal. It leaves lots of room for error, it causes the credit card charge to be higher, thereby increasing the processing fee charged to the salon.
There are processing companies out there where this is possible, also offering a trigger on the terminal that shows the guest what the total would be when paying by cash.

I see this feature is available in Phorest Australia. When is this feature coming to the US?

I agree, owners should not have to pay the fee on Tips.
