The credit card reader is so small do you have other devices so the client can see more clearly. Like a pay desk where they can read what they are purchasing as you enter and then they choose the selected tip and check out. I love all the other features except for this. Our clients think we downgraded from our last system which had a screen they could read.

The credit card reader is outdated, small and customers complain constantly. A square like system would be so nice. Getting paid daily, also a bonus. And an easier online system for us to see our sales, tips etc….would be fantastic. As a previous square user, international bancard is extremely challenging, and unclear. Having seperate merchant accts is the only thing keeping us on board, which we love. But Staff and clients prefer something more user friendly.

The processing hardware that Phorest uses in the US is terrible. These devices look like they should be used in a dive bar, not an upscale spa.
Please ditch these ugly ancient devices. Your competitors are using Opel touch screen devices that make a much better impression with clients. Please get rid of these devices and get us touch screen devices like you offer to your UK customers.
