Hi we have a busy little salon, juniors often answer the phone, some appointments are booked incorrectly we can’t pinpoint who’s having trouble, is there anyway we can see who made the booking

Hi. If you click on client that's booked in and bring up appointment page at the bottom you have 'more' option. Click this then select 'trail' it brings up who booked appointment and when. This will only work if every team member has individual pin number to access system. I hope this helps. 😊

Michelle . Hi is this just for the main phororst? I just tried this on PhorestGo and my more doesn’t have trail. Thanks we have been looking for something like!
