To add, making the waitlist on desktop as a permenate icon instead of clicking on it to see who is on the waitlist. It can be a forgotten tab.

I also feel this waitlist concept should spill over to the client too. If there’s a cancellation that fits what they are on the waitlist for…. AI should pick it up at that point. Contact the client and have them book through the app. Think about how many times you don’t see you had a cancellation for a few hours or even a day! AI concept would take care of it!!! Please make this happen. Pretty please 😍🙏😃🤘🥳🙏

Agree, and would be good if the waitlist was defaulted to always open when people log in, as some staff forget to open it, or use it. rather than its current default as closed, and always having to open.
