Can there be an option for staff NOT to receive notifications. I don't want some of my staff to receive these alerts as they move the appointments when they get notifications. I understand that this can be beneficial to some, but not to all. Can it be implemented under the access tab, instead of the staff opting in themselves on their phone.

I prefer the notifications. My staff needs to come to the front desk and meet and greet their client

yes, absolutely. We have had several talks with Phorest about this very thing. We actually lost a few staff. members over this very thing already.
