The times are hard to read when booking. The hourly time for example 5pm is sitting at what looks like 5.30pm. Makes selecting booking time difficult.

Also really struggling with this. Clients must think we're idiots on the phone as alway seem to be procrastinating about whether its quarter past the hour or half past the hour. Prefer not to sound dithery when booking, particularly on phone and ipad where zooming in is the only option to make sure.

Totally agree with this!! I end up clicking on the appointment above or below to then work out the start time of the next appointment availability! Very frustrating!!
