Texting guests

Many clients don’t answer their phones and never listen to their voicemails. We get much better responses when we text but we don’t like to use our personal phones. Can you offer a texting option to contact guests when they are late for a quick response?

I don’t have a chat box on my Phorest go. As far as the desktop I guess you’re referring to using the sms that you can use to do campaigns…I don’t see anything called chat in either format.

Hey Sandy! We have 2 way SMS chat available. It's available on PhorestGo and desktop. Have you looked into it?
