Team goals and the goals is a great tool. But we are a busy hair salon and I really big on treatment upsells. We need to be able to add service categories e.g. treatment. these need to be able to be tracked separately. As this in the totals is not trackable easily. And management need to been manually checking each day. And it also downgrades the goal when the staff can’t see in the one space.
