It would be amazing if our Phorest Go apps had a feature that allowed employees to communicate and get essential announcements (with images) in specific groups. I would pay extra for this, for example, this could be like using a What’s App group or Slack type connection features within the app they already have and are logged into every day. The issue we have is they have their Phorest app and don’t want to add or check another app (FB, What’s App, Slack) and quick notices about important things like equipment issues or product changes go unnoticed. If we had a communication feature in the app they have to look at all day, this would solve my biggest employee issue.
