Yes that would be great, we also have paper forms and started using a system in our Payroll company. But with them asking for just a day off here or there it is getting to be a lot of extra work on our part in the payroll by weeding out the non pay requests. So yes it would be great for them to ask off in the Phorest App if they want a day off or a week etc. and the manager can accept or decline it
