I would love to be able to set custom timing for clients who take much longer than my standard times for services. There are constant issues of the front desk not seeing notes about clients with long/thick hair needing more time and being booked incorrectly. Being able to set a custom amount of time for those clients like we were able to with our old system we used before phorest would alleviate that issue completely.
