Selective calendar visibility in Phorest Go (by staff group, category or individual)

It would be really helpful to have more control over which staff columns each team member can see on the calendar in Phorest Go.

At the moment, the options are for a staff member to see either only their own column or everyone's. I'd love to see a middle option that lets us choose visibility more selectively, for example:

by staff group or category (e.g. nail technicians can see all other nail technicians)
by selecting individual staff members whose columns are visible

We work with self-employed nail technicians who only carry out nail treatments. They need to see each other's appointments to coordinate and cover for one another, but there's no reason for them to see our beauty therapists' columns. More selective visibility would keep the calendar cleaner and easier to use for each team. It was also give better privacy and boundaries between employed and self-employed staff, and suit businesses running separate services or "salons within a salon" under one account

If anyone has found a workaround in the meantime, I'd be grateful to hear it.
