I would love to be able to set goals for the Whole salon just like the stylist goals and see it in my Performance to keep track of the salons progress. I would also like to see the ability to see my performance on the web based version as is on the app along with the ability to set goals on the webbased version as well. Last request, can the goals setting be changed when Repeating a goal order for metrics? I would the ability to change the Metrics first, then create goal date, and finish the the goal name with reward last. Thank you kindly

I loved on the old app being able to see how much i was making each day / week etc to track my commission. It was also helpful to drive myself to upsell

It would be helpful if the manager could set the goals from the main counter for staff to view on the app.

Also for the retail sales in the goals it would be good to have the option to see it as a percentage rather than a dollar amount. I feel like staff don’t always need to see the dollar amount it gets over whelming for the younger staff

We have commission bands and these are set and calculated on a weekly basis. Reports are emailed to staff automatically. The reason is that monthly targets with bands can be an issue when staff have holiday and setting a shorter period can be more motivational for staff. Ideally reports and staff performance would be visible via the app on a weekly basis and could collate the bonus's calculated weekly as a monthly accumulated total... i.e. £76 week 1, £105 week 2... Month total so far £XX etc.

We are looking to have an option in PhorestGo to set team goals for different service and retail numbers that we are trying to achieve. We are able to set goals for each of our stylists, however as a team based salon it is important that our stylists and managers can easily view the progress that the salon is making.
