Hi Hayley,
You can currently change the staff roster in PhorestGo2.0 (this is out new app which will be launching next week but is currently available on the App or Play Store). Have you been using it on PhorestGo2.0 or the original Phorest Go app?
I have attached a screenshot below; you need to press 'Continue' to confirm the edit.
