At the moment, clients only receive a rescheduling confirmation email if they reschedule their own appointment through Online Booking. If a staff member reschedules an appointment on their behalf (using Move/Copy Appointment in the calendar), the client gets no notification at all.
For a busy salon, staff-initiated reschedules happen regularly, and right now the only way to let the client know is to contact them manually every time. This creates unnecessary admin work and risk of missed communication.
Could you log this as a feature request - an automatic client notification (email/SMS) whenever a staff member reschedules an appointment, similar to the existing client-initiated reschedule confirmation?
