Private Staff Chat/ Communication tool

Having the ability to have a private staff chat would be great! My salon currently uses CREW (now square). I know other company's use Slack. It's easer to get quick information out to all staff. Celebrations such as birthdays, acknowledgments of great work today or emergency information all staff should know. If it could be in the app somehow to keep group work communication in one place!

We use connect team. Communicating with the team, private messaging and team messaging. In addition, upload employee handbooks, tasks (with being able to sign off that it was completed), training programs, upload videos.

Yes so useful, a check box to tick and confirm the message was read if no response is required would be an awesome addition

Yes!! Create a in-house communication hub just like Slack to communicate on different topics and also dms
