Picture upload in forms

I am part of the beta for the forms allowing photo upload. Very excited for this feature. I would like to suggest the ability to toggle on and off the requirement of photos having a label when uploaded. And I mean each individual photo.

Would be great especially as need to add lot numbers and exp dates with the injectables. Currently only able to add photo on the appointment booking
