Anyone else getting staff complaints about the new app being hard to navigate and having to move screens to find all the info they need for a client ? With a staff of 50, they are really struggling with multiple screens when they are very busy and when they just want to see everything at a glance like the original app. Any comment Phorest ?

We are 3 days into implementation and the app is still crashing trying to access client’s file.

Hi there,
We released an update at the end of last week that allows you to get to your client history quicker and see notes quicker as well. In that update was the date jumper at the bottom of the screen like in the old app. If you guys can update your app and have a look, can you let me know how you find it?
