outstanding balance feature needed!

Please add a feature that shows on each appointment when a clients balance is outstanding. The only way to know is to take the clients name to cart to check. This is very inconvenient and it is very easy for staff to miss payments. I would like an alert to show up on each appointment when an outstanding balance is due. Can you please let me know if this can be done? This is a BIG issue for us.

Yes, this would be very efficient. We often miss those, as well, and it gets confusing whether they owe us or we owe them. A negative number to me would mean they owe a balance, and a positive number would mean they have a balance to use.

Definitely agree. We need this. Too many clients are coming in with outstanding balances and leaving without the staff being aware they have a balance owed.
