Have different tabs for type of notes. Example, Formula notes, Personal notes, Product notes, Haircut notes. With dates of written notes, if we want to keep old notes on file. And have it easy to access and edit. Salonbiz has that feature and it was the best thing ever for service providers.

Yes! I was just going to make a suggestion like this. What we find o er time is that the client notes start to read like a novel and it’s hard to identify key things. We encourage personal notes to help the stylists remember key takeaways, but sometimes those notes get lost in a sea of front desk booking notes. Having Booking notes, personal notes, product notes, appt notes would be a great feature to keep client files more organized
