Agree. We have called our rep and not sure if front of house received a reply. It’s the slowest it’s ever been in the 12+ years I’ve used it

And won’t allow a second stylist for finishing hair. So I can book a colour application with a junior and when I want to book client back for cutting it stays in the juniors Column then I have to go back into appointment to change to the stylist. Very time consuming.
