is there a way to distinguish a new client or a regular client receiving a new service or that has received a new service after check out? Perhaps instead of turning them green turning them green but initiating a blue star or something to that effect so we may call back clients that have had a first time service, and or first service with a different Stylist to ensure that they were satisfied?

I would also like new clients to be a different color prior to check in. We offer tours to all new clients and this software is hard to determine who is new when you’re moving fast
It’s also visually a great tool to see how many new clients are coming in for the day and each team member see how many new clients they have on their book’s
Our old software we could set the colors for types - prebook peach for peachy prebooks, new clients were red to stop and give tour, staff appointments were orange so you can see how many staff get appts and so on
