Hi a month or so ago I asked for a combined service and retail goal as our staff earn bonus on their combined services and retail sales added together and was told it would be done in 2 weeks but I can’t see that it has been done - could you update me please thanks

Yes please! I asked for this last week too. My last booking system showed this clearly and also showed what was left for them to make for the week to get to target. We have been completely lost without this feature. Have only been with Phorest for 3 weeks and it has been a constant worry for my team. We can find this info but it’s difficult. If it was added to my goals it would be much appreciated! 🙏🏼🙏�

Yes we would appreciate this too our team has the potential to earn a weekly commission on a combined KPI Goal of service and retail sales added together so being able to view/track this number together would be super helpful and motivating for the team

Would love this feature especially when it comes to service sales vs. retail sales. If one stylist does a haircut for $30 and another does a full service color for $300, I would not expect the dollar or unit amount to be the same. This makes it difficult for us to set the appropriate goal for our stylists.
