How amazing would it be for clients to let US know if they’re running late via the app?
They can select how many minutes late they will be then we get a notification on the app to let us know, from there we can determine in advance whether the therapist/stylist will be able to go ahead with the service or not, with an automated/generated response back to the client! (As apposed to them getting all the way to the salon for them to be told they are too late) from the automated response you could link that with a late cancellation charge // re booking options etc.
Something along those lines I think would level up Phorest and any other salon software out there 🙌🏽

A button that the front desk can click to let you know your client is running late and the option to let you know how many minutes late they will be!

And once we mark them as running late it will send a notification to the stylists phone to let them know as well
