Hard Time when Phorest Updates

I think that whenever there is an update to Phorest (especially visually), there should be a video that comes via email with someone giving the updates made/ how things have changed. It is hard to keep my staff fully trained when the system is changing so quickly/without much guidance.

Agree. We all hate the new screen. Things that took seconds now take forever because no one knows how to do them. I don’t know why you keep changing things and actually making it worse for the operator. Can you not give an option for the old screen, you know like the feature you have just removed!
