Fix online booking

You have got to sort out online booking !!! It is crazy that a client is booking family members in and the system then changes the booking to a different family member with the same email. A parent is not going to set up different email accounts for their young children!!! This is then causing client confusion and emails about wrong people being booked in but then you can’t do anything about it as the deposit is paid and it would refund the deposit if you cancel and change to the correct name.
Please get this fixed asap.
Could linked clients come up with a drop down choice of who they are booking for? And if they are booking two people the second just comes up as person number 2 (but it doesn’t say who it’s linked with).
It really needs to be fixed asap.

Omg please yes please! Definitely sooner rather than put this off. Agree with De’Anne… it’s painful.
Also messed with Self Check in!!! Clients with family using the same phone or email cannot check in. Quite the challenge as we run deskless and rely on smart watch and phone notifications 🙌⌚️📲
