sending an Express Booking™ link, you can require a full payment or partial deposit to complete the booking on the clients end. Old system had this made life so much easier for guest calling salon we took there name and number & service in system sent them a link to pay the deposit if they didn’t pay it xx amount time it auto cancel it! So much faster and efficient for guest and staff , guest like not having give out there personal info over phone .

this 100% needed for front desk!! to ensure a smoother transition at the front desk for phone bookings and to minimize appointment booking times on the phone, you can send clients a text message link with there appointment details, This link requires them to enter their information, add a credit card on file (if necessary)for DEPOSITS, and agree to your cancellation policy to finalize the booking.

*** If a client does not complete the appointment booking within the specified time frame, the appointment will be automatically canceled by the system.

To take a deposit through email or SMS link to confirm an appointment, this would be for any client that has booked over the phone.

We have 6 therapist and taking deposits over the phone is too time consuming.

Having the option of 10/50/100% of payment for the link would be beneficial.

This feature will really help improve jobs of salon owners that don't have a receptionist. Sometime clients prefer to call and enquire about services over the phone first. In order to secure the appointment I would love to send them just a link to secure the appointment with a deposit
