Expert Recommendations - update so staff get commission and clients get loyalty points.!

A lot of our clients will receive recommendation, but then purchase instore rather than via the link to get there loyalty points!! This means staff don't get their commission - and subsequently don't use the feature as much as they could.
There needs to be a way that:
1) clients can get loyalty points shopping online with the link
2)therapist that sent recommended gets sale if brought within say 7-14 days
3) we can edit the message that goes with it - its so generic people get bored and dont bother to open it. (Ive seen a lot of people asking for this too)
4) option to email - if you can help us keep costs down that would be really something special
