It would be great if there was a feature that notified us of an employees anniversary and birthday since they are in their staff profile when we onboard a new employee.

Yes this would be great!! at least a reminder a week in advance or even at the beginning of every month here’s the snapshot of the upcoming month birthdays and anniversaries. That would help us.
