Instead of just “banned” it would be phenomenal to have a “deposit required” or “flagged client” button. A lot of clients are chronic problem children, but we don’t necessarily want to ban them; we would however like a pop up warning when they want to book so the desk is alerted to read the conditional notes or collect a deposit. If it’s a “deposit required” button it could also be incorporated into the online booking function so the client(on an individual basis) would be required to pay a deposit when booking.
